Beeline Velo/Beeline Moto generally have no issues pairing with iPhones, so you shouldn't have any issues! The most important thing to remember is to always pair with your Beeline Velo/Beeline Moto via the Beeline app (not the Bluetooth settings menu).
If you do have any pairing issues, please follow these steps:
- Open the ‘Settings’ app and tap on ‘Bluetooth’
- Underneath the ‘My Devices’ heading, the Beeline that you have unpaired via the Beeline app will be listed (i.e. “Beeline XXXX” or “Beeline Moto XXXX”)
- Tap the ‘i’ icon to the right of the Beeline in the list
- Tap ‘Forget This Device’
- Open the Beeline app, and attempt to pair again
