We are sorry that your Beeline device won't turn on, but we do have a few tricks up our sleeves to, hopefully, get this sorted for you!
For starters, please confirm that the power button is being properly utilised by locating the power button through the indications on the device, then pressing and holding the button for at least 5 whole seconds.
If the device has not powered up at this point, we’ll want to check the battery next:
If you are using a Velo 2 device or a Moto II device, we recommend trying another USB-C cable and charging location to eliminate these being the issue.
If you are using one of our original Moto devices, please make sure that when you are popping your device on charge, the power button and the yellow dot line up with one another before twisting the device into the charger. Like in the video below. We also recommend you try charging your device in another location.
