What is the warranty of the Beeline?

We’ve gone to great lengths in the design and testing process to ensure that Beeline is as robust and reliable as possible so it works like a dream. If it doesn’t, and it’s our fault, we’ll make it right any time within 12 months (24 months in the EEA) of purchase.

Exclusions to warranty cover:

Beeline warranty does not cover defects resulting from:

  • Improper or unreasonable use or maintenance

  • Accidents

  • Excess moisture

  • Improper storage of devices when not in use

  • Lightning

  • Power surges

  • Unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification

Contact us here, telling us what’s gone wrong, and we’ll help to get it fixed or replaced. We will just have to take a look at it first to make sure you haven’t taken it scuba diving or fed it to your dog!

So, if the issue relates to hardware malfunctions such as display problems, please make sure to identify the issue and gather supporting evidence such as photos or videos. Beeline's support team will guide you through the steps to request a repair or replacement if the issue is covered under the warranty.

If your device is in obvious need of repair and it was purchased from another retailer in our extended Beeline family, your warranty will lay with them, so please get in touch with them to get this exchanged. They'll be happy to help as well!

How to Process Your Warranty

If you need to process a warranty for your Beeline device, follow these steps for a smooth experience:

  1. Determine if your device is still under warranty by checking your order confirmation or warranty documentation.

  2. Gather evidence of the issue, such as photos or videos.

  3. Contact either Beeline support or the retailer (if purchased from a third party) with the details of the problem and your order information.

  4. Follow the support team or retailer's instructions to proceed with repair or replacement.
