1. Device Compatibility and App Stores:
Beeline Plus subscriptions are exclusively processed through the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) and the Google Play Store (for Android devices).
If your phone does not have access to either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, you will unfortunately be unable to purchase a Beeline Plus subscription. We do not currently support alternative app providers for subscription purchases.
2. Payment Details:
To ensure a smooth transaction, please verify that your payment details are up-to-date within your respective App Store or Google Play Store account.
Incorrect or outdated payment information can lead to failed transactions.
3. Regional Availability:
Beeline Plus is currently available in select regions, for more information on Beeline coverage, please check out our support article here. If you reside in an area where Beeline Plus is not yet supported, you will not be able to complete your purchase.

4. Refund Policy:
Beeline is unable to directly process refunds for Beeline Plus subscriptions.
All refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device's operating system.
