All orders through our website are sent via national postal services from one of our 3 warehouses depending on your region:
UK and non-EU or US Rest of World orders are sent from our UK warehouse
EU orders are sent from our warehouse in the Netherlands
US orders are sent from our US warehouse in Chicago
If your parcel is being delivered outside of the UK, Royal Mail hands the parcels to a local delivery partner in the destination country, this is generally the national postal service.
US orders are sent via DHL.
Anything ordered before 12pm (midday) will be sent the same day.
The shipping estimates are:
2-3 working days for the UK
3-5 working days for the EU
2-3 working days for the USA
5-7 working days for the ROW
Orders over £30 will be sent with tracking available. This will be sent to you in an email following the dispatch of your order.
