A reminder about our delivery times:

All our Beeline devices devices are sent via Royal Mail, the UK's national postal service. If your parcel is being delivered outside of the UK, Royal Mail hands the parcels to a local delivery partner in the destination country, this is generally the national postal service.

Anything ordered before 12pm (midday) will be sent same-day.

The shipping estimates are:

2-3 working days for the UK

3-5 working days for the EU

5-7 working days for the ROW

Sometimes there are delays in shipping beyond our control, particularly when shipping abroad. We understand how frustrating delays can be but we please ask you to be patient if your parcel is taking longer to arrive than expected.

We would often recommend getting in touch with your postal service with your tracking number to see if they can give you an update about your order and let you know if there are any delays in your area.

If your order is coming up as having been delivered on your tracking information but you haven't received it, please wait at least one more working day. In our experience, postal companies sometimes mark a parcel as delivered to meet their daily quotas and these will sometimes actually be delivered the next working day.

If after this your parcel is still not delivered, please try to check with your neighbours where possible to see if any of them have taken it in for you.
